Vera gets back to work after an herbal interlude. Trump dreams of a new Civil War, and the Russian Writers Room gets a new mission statement.

Vera awakes in the Panda Enclosure of the National Zoo. Jay and Jake arrive at the Russian Writers Island but wait for reinforcements. The Veep and Rudy Giuliani are worried because Trump hasn't tweeted all day. It turns out Ivanka and Kellyanne Conway have sedated him. A delirious Trump dreams of a second Civil War, complete with a battle anthem. Ben Carson is summoned to wake Trump up. The Russian Writers learn that Putin's musical has been canceled, and they are now a troll farm.
